By downloading, installing, or using Kamaverse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kamaverse (operated by its Turkish legal entity). Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kamaverse. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
The App is intended for use between consenting adult partners in a romantic relationship. It is not available in the Republic of Türkiye.

Kamaverse is a private couples app offering features including but not limited to: Phantom Hands (touch simulation), Prism (relationship compatibility insights), Rituals, Cosmic Chemistry (astrology), Games, 3D Gallery, and Oracle (AI-powered relationship insights).
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Free features may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Each account is personal and may not be shared or transferred. You may connect with one partner at a time within the App.

Kamaverse offers the following subscription plans:
Oracle Credits are available as one-time purchases: $1.99 (3 credits), $4.99 (10 credits), $9.99 (25 credits).
All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Kamaverse does not issue direct refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.

All content, design, code, and features of Kamaverse are the exclusive property of Kamaverse and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content.

Articles, research summaries, infographics, and other editorial content published by Kamaverse (including blog posts and CMS content) may be shared by individuals or organizations, provided the following conditions are met:

Oracle and astrology features are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or relationship advice.
Sexual positions, intimacy games, and rituals featured in the App are provided for entertainment and exploratory purposes only. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any activity is appropriate for their physical condition and health. If you have any medical concerns, pre-existing conditions, or physical limitations, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activity suggested by the App. Kamaverse assumes no liability for any injury or health consequence arising from the practice of any content within the App.
We do not sell your personal data. Anonymous and aggregated usage data may be used for research purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kamaverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or relationship outcomes.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Account deletion results in permanent removal of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
EU users retain any mandatory consumer protection rights provided under the laws of their country of residence, which these Terms do not override.
14.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and notify you via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

When two partners are connected within the App, certain interactions and shared experiences are stored jointly. If either partner disconnects or terminates the couple connection:
