Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Kamaverse account and all associated personal data directly from within the app.

How to delete your account

Open the Kamaverse app

Launch the app on your iOS or Android device and sign in to your account.

Go to your Profile

Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page and tap 🗑️ Delete Account. Confirm your choice when prompted.

Account is permanently deleted

Your account and all personal data will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted

Profile information — nickname, avatar, birth date
All slot spin history and saved combinations
Oracle readings and astrology data
Achievements, badges and progress
Couple connection and shared activity history
Push notification token and preferences
Oracle credits balance

⚠️ Active subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store and are not automatically cancelled when you delete your account. Please cancel your subscription in your store settings before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

Data retention periods

Profile & personal data Deleted immediately

Activity & usage history Deleted immediately

Anonymised analytics Up to 90 days

Purchase records (legal obligation) Up to 7 years

Crash & error logs Up to 30 days

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app and need your account deleted, contact us directly and we will process your request within 30 days.
